More turbines were commissioned, and by the end of the month, 28 turbines were already generating power. The first circuit completed its Trial Run Test, a test involving uninterrupted operation for 240 hours. During the test, all the turbines belonging to one electrical circuit (we have 6 such circuits in BB) had to be ready to run for the entire duration of the test and, in case of favourable wind conditions, produce energy without stopping.
It’s time for a little recap – even though 28 turbines were in operation at the end of December, the farm produced almost 35 GWh of clean energy – that’s as much as 806 households would consume for a whole year. In mid-December, the Poviat Road Administration (PZD) in Szczecinek received a decision on environmental conditions for the reconstruction of the 3.6km Biskupice-Biała Bór district road 1272Z. This is a milestone for the reconstruction of this section of the road, which the company Biały Bór Farma Wiatrowa undertook to carry out as part of Compensatory Investments and an agreement with PZD in Szczecinek. The total value of the project, which Biały Bór Farma Wiatrowa will finance in its entirety, is more than PLN 5.2 million.
