On June 3, the Bialy Bor commune hosted a visit from the Marshal of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship Olgierd Geblewicz, dedicated to Integrated Territorial Investments (ITA) – one of the most important support tools for local governments under the European Funds. The meetings were also taught by the region’s authorities Mr. Starosta Krzysztof Lis, Mayor of Biały Bor Paweł Mikołajewski. They talked about joint projects and plans for the coming months. During the visit, the Marshal also visited Bialoborsk Schools, the former horse stud, Hubertus guesthouse, and one of the points was a visit to our Bialy Bor Wind Farm consisting of 42 turbines and being one of the largest RES generators in the province. The meeting was an opportunity to present us, not only as an energy producer, but also as an active member of the local community, involved in supporting local initiatives, schools and associations. The guests also listened with interest to information on further development plans of the Farm’s owners related to the implementation of further projects including a photovoltaic farm and energy storage in the so-called “cable pooling” system, i.e. co-operation of various RES installations using the same connection infrastructure.
