Delivery and installation of V126 turbines with a capacity of 3.45MW and a height of HH117m has begun. Each turbine consists of a 5-segment tower, a nacelle housing the generator and LV/SN transformer, a hub and 3 propellers. The assembly process begins with a so-called pre-installation during which a 500t crane assembles the first 2 sections of the tower. Preinstallation proceeds at the rate of one station per day. In July, 20 preinstallations, 3 full installations and components for 16 turbines were completed.
