Winter has let up 38 foundations concreted. Installation of fiber optic lines tied to MV cable lines began. 110kV cable 90% pulled into the pipeline, 31 couplers have been installed and fiber optic cable pulling has begun. Finishing work on the GPO building is underway, as well as installation of 110kV apparatus support structures.
